Programs
The Monroe Public Library supports the American Library Association’s early literacy initiative by providing age-appropriate programming for children as well as seasonal opportunities for families to enjoy being together at the library.
Why come to story time? Through songs, stories, and rhymes, children develop motor skills and early math and reading literacy. Story programs provide a chance for your child to learn to be part of a group and make new friends. Story time is free, no registration is required, siblings are always welcome, and, best of all, story time is fun for both you and your child!
