Circulation DeskWhen people think of libraries, loaning books is the most visible and well-known service. Thus, the Circulation Desk is the hub of energy on the first floor.
Many library users place holds online, and regularly visit the library only to pick up their holds at the Circulation Desk. Much of the face-to-face interaction between staff and patrons takes place at this desk. Our team knows peoples’ names and enjoys chatting with children. IMPACT
