Reserve a Room
Monroe Public Library's public meeting rooms serve as the location for an average of 75 meetings each month. We're easy to get to, fully accessible, and familiar to your attendees.
You are welcome to call the library at (608) 328-7010 with your questions about our meeting rooms or for assistance in making your reservation.
1st Floor Conference Room
Our conference room seats 10 people and is perfect for small groups. A whiteboard is available, and one wall is well-suited for projection, should you care to bring your own equipment.
2nd Floor Program Room
Our program room is located directly across from the 2nd floor elevator exit. The room has a capacity of 160 people. Amenities include a small kitchen, flexible arrangement of chairs and/or tables, a podium, a microphone system, and a projection system with large screen. Should you wish to use the projection system, we strongly encourage you to contact us to find out about the setup and its suitability for your needs.
