  • Be a non-resident of Wisconsin who has paid the requisite annual fee**
Then, stop by the Library! Please bring these items to the Circulation Desk:

You will then be asked to sign the form, which includes a statement of responsibility, and you will be issued your card.

Cards for children: If a child is under 16 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present with the minor to show ID and sign the library card application. In addition, if you are 16-17 years of age and do not have a state issued photo ID, a parent or guardian must be present to show ID and sign the application.

Some things to know about your card: We ask that you present your card every time in order to check out. You are responsible for all items checked out on your card.
